- Builder signs work agreement with ESG Energy
- Builder provides ESG Energy with complete set of plans and input sheet
- ESG Energy reviews plans to determine if they meet certification requirements
- We suggest adjustments to the builder to help meet certification
- We perform the framing inspection and duct blaster testing
- We perform an insulation inspection
- We perform a blower door test and final inspection to verify data
- We perform a plan review with verified data and sends information to our provider in Raleigh
- ESG Energy's provider to the EPA reviews the data and sends the builder a certification form and label within 2 -3 weeks
